Personal Training
In-person, customized training to get you the results you seek in shortest time. We’ll work on a game plan together, and make adjustments along the way. You are the one that must do the work, but we’ll help with the accountability and motivation to drive your results.
In our experience, training twice per week is the sweet spot for most people. Our base programs are priced accordingly.
1:1
one person, head coach- Pricing per session.
- This is one-on-one personal training with our head coach Ming Shieh.
- Premier specialist for rehabilitation, recovery, and injury prevention.
- Fix the root cause of your injury by integrating rehabilitation and training, plus get a good workout, too.
1:1
one person, one coach- Pricing per session.
- This is one-on-one personal training, our foundational offering where you’ll get your coach’s full attention.
- Each session is catered toward your current issues, needs and goals.
2:1
two people, one coach- Pricing per person, per session.
- This is for 2 people training with one coach.
- You’ll still get a lot of individual attention, and be able to get the results you want.
- You’ll also have camaraderie of another person to stay motivated and accountable to each other.
3-4:1
three - four people, one coach- Pricing per person, per session.
- It is $70 for 3 or $60 for 4 people training with one coach.
- This program is intended for a small group that is focused on attaining similar goals.

Online Personal Training

We work with you to establish goals that are appropriate for your current level of fitness. The path is uniquely tailored to you and factors in your desires, pain points, and limitations.
Get Results
Everyone starts with the basic mechanics and progresses from there.
You’ll master movements with your own body weight before loading up with additional weights. We’ll focus on proper form so you’ll get to your results quickly and safely.

Here you’ll build upon the results that you’ve achieved thus far. We’ll move up to bigger challenges to keep you at the top of your game.

- Use of the train heroic app, 4 week customizable training program dedicated for your needs, goals, any injuries, and fitness level.
- You choose the number of days you can workout per week.
- Video demonstrations are embedded in the app
- Upload your videos for feedback, form checking, questions, concerns, modifications.
- Messaging to TBD Fit staff anytime.
- Once you purchase the program you will be sent a questionnaire to fill out to give TBD Fit staff appropriate information to build the best program for you.
- You will receive your custom program 5-7 days from the day you fill out the questionnaire.
- You will not have access to the program after the 4 weeks paid for.
Virtual with Coaching
- Access to the custom Virtual Training Program for 4 weeks.
- One online live coaching session.
- The one-on-one online session with your coach gives you real-time feedback and cueing, so you can make adjustments right away.
- We’ll also assess your movement patterns, progress toward goals, and fine-tune your training program.
- The online coaching session is done over Zoom, FaceTime, or Google Hangouts.
- $200 for two coaching sessions (one every 2 weeks).
