Training That Progresses With You
Structured coaching with clear progression
Each plan provides individualized coaching built around your movement, recovery, and long-term goals. Training evolves as you do, helping you build lasting strength and resilience rather than chasing short-term results.
Plans are available at two coaching levels: Pro Level (senior coaches) and Founder Level (Iming).
One-on-One Personal Training
Train in person or online with individualized coaching built around your goals and how you move. Each session provides structure, accountability, and expert guidance to support consistent, long-term progress.
For most clients, training twice per week offers the best balance between challenge and recovery, allowing steady improvement without burnout.
Pro Level
Led by: Paul, Daniel, Gianna, Diana
Best for structured strength training and long-term progress
- 1 Trial Session: $125/hr
- 4 Sessions (1x/week): $150/hr ($600 upfront)
- 8 Sessions (2x/week): $140/hr ($1120 upfront)
Founder Level
Led by: Iming
Best for injury prevention, recovery, and performance optimization
1 Session: $240/hr
- 4 Sessions (1x/week): $220/hr ($880 upfront)
- 8 Sessions (2x/week): $200/hr ($1600 upfront)
First-Time Trial Session
Start with a single one-on-one session at $125/hr to experience our coaching approach before committing to a plan.
In-Home Personal Training
Train at your home or office and skip the commute. In-home training is available for one-on-one and small group plans within the San Francisco Silicon Valley area. Contact us for availability and details.
Small Group Training
Train with a partner or small group while still receiving individualized coaching. Sessions are tailored to each participant’s goals, with shared structure and accountability to support consistent progress.
For most groups, training twice per week provides an effective balance of intensity and recovery.
Two People, Pro Level
Personalized training with shared motivation
- 1 Trial Session: $65/hr per person
- 4 Sessions (1x/week): $85/hr per person ($340 upfront)
- 8 Sessions (2x/week): $75/hr per person ($600 upfront)
Two People, Founder Level
Founder-led coaching for recovery or performance goals
- 1 Session: $120/hr per person
- 4 Sessions (1x/week): $110/hr per person ($440 upfront)
- 8 Sessions (2x/week): $100/hr per person ($800 upfront)
Four People, One Coach
Small-group training with individualized attention
- 1 Trial Session: $55/hr per person
- 4 Sessions (1x/week): $75/hr per person ($300 upfront)
- 8 Sessions (2x/week): $65/hr per person ($520 upfront)

Start with a 20-minute conversation to clarify your goals, training history, and scheduling needs. We’ll help you determine the right training format and coaching level before committing to a plan.

Virtual Program
Train anywhere with a structured, individualized program built around your goals. Your training plan is delivered through the TrueCoach app and updated monthly, with video demonstrations and progress tracking.
This option is best for clients who want flexibility while following the same coaching principles used in our in-person training.
- Use of the train heroic app, 4 week customizable training program dedicated for your needs, goals, any injuries, and fitness level.
- You choose the number of days you can workout per week.
- Video demonstrations are embedded in the app
- Upload your videos for feedback, form checking, questions, concerns, modifications.
- Messaging to TBD Fit staff anytime.
- Once you purchase the program you will be sent a questionnaire to fill out to give TBD Fit staff appropriate information to build the best program for you.
- You will receive your custom program 5-7 days from the day you fill out the questionnaire.
- You will not have access to the program after the 4 weeks paid for.
Virtual with Coaching
- Access to the custom Virtual Training Program for 4 weeks.
- One online live coaching session.
- The one-on-one online session with your coach gives you real-time feedback and cueing, so you can make adjustments right away.
- We’ll also assess your movement patterns, progress toward goals, and fine-tune your training program.
- The online coaching session is done over Zoom, FaceTime, or Google Hangouts.
- $200 for two coaching sessions (one every 2 weeks).
