One-on-One Personal Training
Train in-person or virtually with a plan built around your goals. We provide structure, accountability, and expert support to keep you on track.
For most, twice-a-week training strikes the perfect balance between challenge and recovery, maximizing progress without burnout.
Pro Level (Paul, Daniel)
- Best for customized fitness & strength training
- 1 Session: $150/hr
- 4 Sessions (1x/week): $140/hr ($560 upfront)
- 8 Sessions (2x/week): $130/hr ($1040 upfront)
Founder Level (Iming)
- Best for injury prevention, recovery & performance optimization
- 1 Session: $180/hr
- 4 Sessions (1x/week): $160/hr ($640 upfront)

First-Time Trial Session
New to 1:1 training?

In-Home Personal Training
Train Where It’s Best for You – Skip the commute and train in the comfort of your home or office. We bring expert coaching to you anywhere in the San Francisco Silicon Valley Area. Contact us for details.
Small Group Training
Train with a coach while gaining energy and support from a small group. Whether building strength, endurance, or overall fitness, our structured sessions keep you challenged and accountable. With expert guidance, you’ll push further—without going it alone.
Training twice a week balances intensity and recovery, keeping you motivated and on track.
Two People, One Coach
- Personalized training with shared motivation
- 1 Session: $110/hr
- 4 Sessions (1x/week): $100/hr per person ($400 upfront)
- 8 Sessions (2x/week): $85/hr per person ($680 upfront)
Four People, One Coach
- Focused group training with individualized attention
- 1 Session: $75/hr
- 4 Sessions (1x/week): $70/hr per person ($280 upfront)
- 8 Sessions (2x/week): $60/hr per person ($480 upfront)

We work with you to establish goals that are appropriate for your current level of fitness. The path is uniquely tailored to you and factors in your desires, pain points, and limitations.

Virtual Program
Do you need a flexible workout schedule? Are you comfortable doing exercises on your own?
Consider our custom virtual training program.


- Use of the train heroic app, 4 week customizable training program dedicated for your needs, goals, any injuries, and fitness level.
- You choose the number of days you can workout per week.
- Video demonstrations are embedded in the app
- Upload your videos for feedback, form checking, questions, concerns, modifications.
- Messaging to TBD Fit staff anytime.
- Once you purchase the program you will be sent a questionnaire to fill out to give TBD Fit staff appropriate information to build the best program for you.
- You will receive your custom program 5-7 days from the day you fill out the questionnaire.
- You will not have access to the program after the 4 weeks paid for.
Virtual with Coaching

- Access to the custom Virtual Training Program for 4 weeks.
- One online live coaching session.
- The one-on-one online session with your coach gives you real-time feedback and cueing, so you can make adjustments right away.
- We’ll also assess your movement patterns, progress toward goals, and fine-tune your training program.
- The online coaching session is done over Zoom, FaceTime, or Google Hangouts.
- $200 for two coaching sessions (one every 2 weeks).
