One-on-One Personal Training
Train in person or online with a plan built entirely around your goals. Each session gives you the structure, accountability, and expert guidance needed to stay consistent and keep improving.
For most clients, two sessions per week provide the ideal balance between challenge and recovery, helping you make steady progress without burning out.
Pro Level (Paul, Daniel, Gianna, Diana)
Best for personalized fitness & strength training
- 1 Trial Session: $125/hr
- 4 Sessions (1x/week): $150/hr ($600 upfront)
- 8 Sessions (2x/week): $140/hr ($1120 upfront)
Founder Level (Iming)
Best for injury prevention, recovery & performance optimization
1 Session: $240/hr
- 4 Sessions (1x/week): $220/hr ($880 upfront)
- 8 Sessions (2x/week): $200/hr ($1600 upfront)

First-Time Trial Session
New to 1:1 training?
Try your first session for just $125/hr and experience personalized coaching designed for your goals. No commitment—just results.
In-Home Personal Training
Train Where It’s Best for You – Skip the commute and train in the comfort of your home or office. We bring expert coaching to you anywhere in the San Francisco Silicon Valley Area. Contact us for details.
Small Group Training
Train with a partner or small group and stay motivated while getting the same focused attention. Sessions are personalized to each participant’s goals, combining accountability, teamwork, and expert coaching for faster progress.
Group formats keep energy high and make training fun while still delivering the precision and results of one-on-one coaching.
Training twice a week balances intensity and recovery, keeping you motivated and on track.

Here you’ll build upon the results that you’ve achieved thus far. We’ll move up to bigger challenges to keep you at the top of your game.

Virtual Program
Train anywhere with the same precision and structure that define our in-person coaching. Your program is fully customized to your goals and updated monthly through the TrueCoach app, complete with video demos and progress tracking.
You’ll stay accountable, make measurable progress, and build strength on your own schedule, wherever you are.


- Use of the train heroic app, 4 week customizable training program dedicated for your needs, goals, any injuries, and fitness level.
- You choose the number of days you can workout per week.
- Video demonstrations are embedded in the app
- Upload your videos for feedback, form checking, questions, concerns, modifications.
- Messaging to TBD Fit staff anytime.
- Once you purchase the program you will be sent a questionnaire to fill out to give TBD Fit staff appropriate information to build the best program for you.
- You will receive your custom program 5-7 days from the day you fill out the questionnaire.
- You will not have access to the program after the 4 weeks paid for.
Virtual with Coaching

- Access to the custom Virtual Training Program for 4 weeks.
- One online live coaching session.
- The one-on-one online session with your coach gives you real-time feedback and cueing, so you can make adjustments right away.
- We’ll also assess your movement patterns, progress toward goals, and fine-tune your training program.
- The online coaching session is done over Zoom, FaceTime, or Google Hangouts.
- $200 for two coaching sessions (one every 2 weeks).
